I've been drinking a lot of Tasake at home this year 😄.
It's been about 3 years since I've had a bottle of Hyakushikan (cherry blossom) 🍶.
Sweetness comes first 🤔.
Very light and easy to drink 🤔
I drank it while eating sea urchin squid, personally I think it goes well with the sweetness of sea urchin👍.
Also, I think it went well with the garlic 🤔.
