Cold rain has been falling since this morning.
I can't get out of the kotatsu because I like the cold.
We got some cod sprouts, so I made tempura with them.
The taste is mildly sweet on the palate.
The mild sourness is followed by the pungent taste of alcohol.
A profound and relaxing aftertaste.
To put it bluntly, it is like drinking soup.
Overall, it is thick and warms the body from the core.
