I bought this when I visited Hara Shoten in Ueda in November.
He recommended Seimasamune as the best sake using apple yeast. It is true that when I drank it for the first time last year, I thought it was great.
I started with the clear sake. It has a nice apple aroma.
It is not too gorgeous, low in alcohol, and delicious.
