It has a green melon taste in the mouth, followed by a pineapple-like sourness and a crisp finish.
There is no bitterness or sawdust taste.
It has an elegant aroma, a fine sweetness, and enough umami, but no miscellaneous flavors, so there is nothing to complain about.
It is so wonderfully delicious that you will want to drink it one after another.
There is no problem at all as a midday sake, and the meal goes further.
It has a different flavor from the Senbon Nishiki we had last time, but it is unbeatable.
