A rich aroma of mirin (sweet sake).
Sweet and tasty, sour and light syrup.
The rice is fluffy and delicious afterwards.
The flavor spreads softly in the mouth, just like amazake.
Surprisingly, it is not so sticky.
It is like a dessert sake.
