I'm really looking forward to this year's version of my favorite S.tokyo 😊.
Chilled in the fridge and served in a wine glass!
The fruity acidity is followed by a light sweetness, and the aftertaste is crisp and bittersweet 😅.
It has a strong taste but is so smooth on the palate that I can't help but finish my glass😅.
It's a sake, but it goes well with wine snacks too!
Today we had seafood paella, southern tuna sickle sashimi and salt grilled, smoked salmon, prosciutto ham and Beyond Tofu, cucumber and green shiso bamboo wrap dog, etc.
