I had ordered Gagakuyo-chan with the intention of drinking it at New Year's. I got sick and spent the New Year's in bed, so I opened the package only now.
At first it is like a white wine...a little bit schwitty, a little bit acidic, and later a little bitterness gives it a sake feel. It is well-balanced and delicious, easy to drink.
