MIYASAKA is one of my favorite drinks, but I was attracted by the stylish black and silver label and the name "CORE", so I had a drink at IMADEYA's corner bar.
It was made in June 2020, but it has a sweet and sour taste like a new sake, maybe because of this pasteurization method?
This time, I married it with cheese and olives, but I think it would go well with fish and chips.
I'll have to go back for more marriages! lol
