Koji rice: Gohyakumangoku (Ishikawa), Polishing ratio 60
The aroma is softly ginjo. It has a crisp and spicy taste with a long lingering flavor. The depth of flavor increases when the temperature is slightly higher. Personally, it is best served cold. It has a gorgeous dry taste and is great as a food sake.
