This is a limited edition moustache-shaped sake train called Shu*Kura. The blend is different from the usual.
Since we are here, let's compare it with Heki-ban.
Compared to Heki-ban, the aroma is milder.
It has a sweetness, but it is quite refreshing! It is much easier to drink than Heki-ban.
It goes well with the toriten my wife made for me because it is so refreshing.
I preferred the Heki-ban, but my wife liked the Hige-ban. Both were very tasty sake!
