Hakurakusei Junmai Ginjo is said to be the ultimate food sake.
The price is 2,090 yen for 720ml including tax.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Fruity aroma.
It has a fruity aroma, and although it is supposed to be dry, it is sweet.
There is a slight watery aftertaste. However, it is dry with a slight sharpness at the end. (Which is it?)
It may be similar to Houraisen's Kai. However, it has more umami than Kai.
Personally, it didn't really stick with me.
I also tried to drink sake with the tax-paid crab.
Hmmm. I thought sweet sake didn't go well with it. LOL.
