Yamamoto Sake Brewery's "Do" series. The "Do-harai" of this series was delicious, so I bought the "Dojunmai" as well. It is pure white like doburoku. I have been drinking nigori sake since the end of last year, and this one has the most lees. When you drink it, the sweet and sour taste of lactic acid bacteria spreads in your mouth. It seems to disappear without a lingering taste. This is a drinkable yogurt for adults! It is very tasty. It is one of the best 3 nigori sakes I have ever tasted. By the way, the No. 1 is "Hirotogawa Nigori Sake". Urasato Usu-nigori" was also delicious, as were "Raifuku Moromi Sake" and "Miyakanbai Origaraumi". I can't decide on the top three.
This year, I have enjoyed so many delicious nigori sakes that I have not had a day off from drinking.
