T&FU w/a/small/sake/river
We visited a sushi restaurant near the Shimbashi Enbujojo.
The proprietress is from Aomori, and they serve only Aomori sake. First, we had Toyobai's Hana Mochi to accompany the appetizers. It has a deep flavor. A little sweet? The aftertaste is also very refreshing, so it's a good start.
