I bought a bottle of Koshi Junmai Daijariguchi at Yamaya Sake Shop the other day.
Koshi Junmai Daijariguchi (very dry), served cold.
The aroma is fruity.
The taste is gassy.
The taste is sweet at first and then dry.
It goes well with a meal.
