Shichiken春しぼり おりがらみ 純米
さかな🐟
It's been a warm day in Tokyo yesterday and today. Looking at the plum blossoms, I think that spring is near.
I bought some Shichiken today. It is a brand that I personally recommend because it is affordable and delicious (the price is so reasonable that it makes me worry). The Spring Shibori may have been shipped recently. It's always a well-balanced Shichiken, so I didn't hesitate to choose it. It has a spring-like pink label.
Personally, I think the best selling point of Shichiken is the ease with which it can be pulled off. It is a wonderful brand that is clean and does not interfere with the meal, but has a strong presence.
Although it is oriental, it is not so muddy compared to other brands. It has a moderate acidity (not much, really) and a moderate sweetness. It's not dry, but it's not too sweet, so it goes well with food. Personally, I would like to pair it with light fish in particular. As I expected, it has a good sharpness. Maybe that's a different meaning from the sharpness of other brands. I think it is a brand that does not interfere with food, as if it were a bird in flight. It is definitely delicious.
I would recommend this brand to those who are not used to drinking sake, as the next step after sweet and fruity sake.
