How happy I am!
I realized after I finished drinking that yesterday's Kangiku was Omachi.
Today it is Aizan! I think my taste buds will be clearer with this one.
The aroma is not as strong as it should be (my sense of smell may be weakened), but it is sweet.
And then..!
It is sweet.
It is sweet in the nose and in the aftertaste.
This is it, this is it.
This is what I was looking for in a kangiku.
Oh, it has a gaseous feeling.
There is also a warning that the cork may fly out.
