The other bottle was Kame-no-umi Haru-ura Light Nigori Nama.
This was with Mikotsuru when I bought it by mail order the other day, because the sake shop was dealing with sake from Nagano, Shinshu.
This is a brand that impressed me when I had it with Saku-no-Hana at Vine Shrimp Dining in Tokyo.
Take a sip.
It is sweet ～～～～～!
But it is full of gorgeousness with a hint of sourness behind it!
If it were only sweet, I probably wouldn't be able to drink it smoothly, but this one is very tasty and disappears in a flash. (Laughs)
As I said, the acidity is so well balanced that I could go on and on (laughs).
I was told by my wife that I should drink it in two days! I was told by my wife to drink it in two days, so I did so. （I did so.)
Nagano's sake is really high quality!
It tastes so good!
