I stayed overnight in Himeji for work.
A bottle of Ryu-ryoku Honjozo (single shot sake) that I bought as a souvenir.
I have not drank much Ryuriki until now.

The rice is delicious and the taste is deep.
I drank it at room temperature with dried fish.
It is best at room temperature with dried fish, or lukewarm.
I remember when I was at a bar and I had a great glass of new sake.
I'd like to buy a bottle of it.
