Nichinichi Akitsu Yamadanishiki Alcohol 13% Uses Akitsu Yamadanishiki from Hyougo prefecture Not much information about this Sake on the label A very smooth Sake with a very subtle flavor. Refreshing, like water. Extremely easy to drink, maybe too easy. I don’t think this Sake has much character to it. We drank this with sashimi and it was OK but I think this will be overwhelming by a stronger flavored food Perhaps I’m not sophisticated enough to appreciate the subtle flavors of this Sake.
