My #1 ranked sake in "Everyday Evening Drinks"
It's getting cold again, so I bought a box of it online. (Beer in summer, heated in winter).
A glass of warmed sake. It still has a soothing taste. Not too bright, not too complex, just plain delicious.
Lately, I've been wanting to drink a variety of sake because of "Sake-no-wa" (annoying, isn't it? I've been expanding my palate, but I've come to appreciate the taste of sake that I'm used to drinking when I eat my usual meals with my family.
