And the last sake of 2024 was Akizuka, which was purchased for heating sake.
It was purchased on recommendation from the sake store.
When heated up, it has a punchy taste with the rice flavor spreading through it, and after a while, at room temperature, it has a salty taste like dashi soup stock 😳.
I don't often buy this type of sake so it's fresh 🤣.
