After work.
We got off at JR Otsuka station, as we were told to have dinner on our own.
Otsuka has many good izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and may be a mecca for sake in particular.
We went to Edoichi for the first time in a long time.
First up was Shirataka.
The default is heated sake, with cold sake in a separate section.
Exquisite heated sake, pleasantly acidic.
It soaks in.
