Takatsugu
I opened my first bottle of "Kijoshu" from "Yoshida Kurau", which I tend to reach for whenever I see it at the liquor store.
The first sip of this sake was a soft sweetness that spread out in a sizzling sip. It is different from the thick and rich image of kijo-zake, which is a unique approach of this sake.
Although it is a pure sake, the alcohol content is kept at 12%, making it a good aperitif. I would like to hear what lovers of kijoshu have to say about this bottle. Delicious: ‼️
