This New Year's Day, I was completely cooped up and drank sake every day. Oh, I'm scared of the scale. LOL!
This Kurashin is perfect for toasting. Like the refreshing label, it has the freshness of a crisp green apple when just opened. The oregano color is also seductive. The finish is dry, crisp and bitter, not too sweet.
This time, I paired it with plum-flavored okaki as a light snack. I think I'm going to open a four-pack by myself...it's dangerous!
But this label looks like the heartbeat you see on an anesthesia monitor during surgery...Doctor! I'm drinking too much, but my vitals are normal, right? LOL.
