夜景おじさん62号Igarashi, Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture, #Igarashi Yamahai Junmai Naokumi.
Light Yamahai, but deep and delicious. It is my favorite of the series. It has been stored at low temperature for several months in the brewery to further mellow it.
It goes well with a pot dish or fried food with a strong flavor while sitting under a kotatsu (a table with a kotatsu over the fireplace).
