sikamaru
It is probably the richest flavor in Akabu. The flavor of the rice can be felt well, but it is not heavy, and the taste is light. It also has a nice sharpness, so it would be good as an umami-guchi sake for a meal. If you ask me if it is typical of Akabu, I don't think so, but on the contrary, you can feel the depth of Akabu.
