Deliciously sweet ‼️
The strongest, most expensive broth, it's like, with a strong milkiness on the finish 🍶.
The winning formula for me is to have the saké ➡︎ in that order.
When heated and cooled, it's like ⭕️⭕️ acidity in full bloom ‼️.
It went perfectly with the motsu nabe (hot pot) 🤤.
