I bought it with high expectations because it was labeled as a sweet sake with a sake degree of -20 degrees.
When I actually tried it, it was quite dry. It has a strong acidity and a strong peculiarity.
Among muddy sake, the drinkability may be suitable for professionals.
It was a sake that still had a high hurdle for me.
