Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. The aroma is reminiscent of white wine. The intensity of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is sweet and sour and light. The hint of flavor is reminiscent of kombu dashi (kelp soup stock). It has a medium lingering finish with a strong astringent taste. A mellow sake.
