Tenbi's standard sake. Hakuten.
Tenbi has already become a standard.
It even feels a bit safe.
Fujioka-san, the toji (master brewer), seems to be very active and often posts on social networking sites.
Whenever I write something about Tenbi, he seems to be ego-surfing, and I am amazed at how quickly he likes my posts.
It has become a taste that I am used to.
I have many chances to drink Hakutenshu everywhere, and its well-balanced sake quality with a soft muscat flavor is always delicious no matter what it is paired with.
