bouken
I bought it at a local liquor store because there was only one bottle left. I bought it because I thought it was unusual to use Yamada-Nishiki from Yaizu. It was refreshing and crisp. It's slightly sweet and has a nice crispness to it. It's not an outstanding sake, but rather a balanced sake.
