Since our establishment in 1752, we have continued to brew rich, beautiful sake by adhering to the most orthodox and traditional brewing method for sake, "Namoto zukuri", and all of our products are Namoto zukuri masterpieces. We seek first and foremost the depth of "flavor" in our sake. We seek sake that will continue to grow and develop over time, and that will greatly develop its beauty. We maintain a handmade sake brewing process that relies on nature. Junmai Daiginjo-shu made by Nama-moto method. Our unique ultra-flattened rice polishing technique thoroughly removes the components that cause the tangy taste. It has a clean, refreshing taste, a naturally fragrant, elegant aroma, and a soft, mellow, precise texture that is superb. The aroma is more elegant and delicate, with a harmony of apple aroma, mineral aroma, and creamy aroma like a hint of black pepper and mozzarella cheese.
