This is Sentori Modern Sanshiki.
The master told us that it was produced in December of last year, but the brewery is continuing to ship it after making some adjustments.
The initial aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of koji malt.
The second fermentation in the bottle gives it a lively shwash on the palate.
The strong carbonation makes it feel a bit dry, but the refreshing sweetness is perfect for summer.
