This year, we had no idea that we were going to have a Risshun morning pressed sake comparison 😆! And we brought a bottle of Senkou (✨️). I haven't had the chance to drink the Sentori after the Edo Era yet, so maybe this is the first time for me? I'll have to open the Modern, Classic and Retro in the fridge 😳. Well, I think I managed to escape the difficulty because of the Risshun restriction, but I think there are still other Sentori I haven't had yet besides the three Zero types... I wonder when it will open 🌠... I'm enjoying the same Risshun morning pressing, but each brewery has its own unique characteristics! Sentori's is too easy to drink with low alcohol content 😝. I was going to drink it in a more solemn way, but the exquisite sourness made my glass go down the drain 😚. Is this Edo gaeri? If so, I'm in trouble... I might not be able to stop 😨.

Good evening Jay & Nobby😄 I was looking forward to the new Sentori and was following along, but as I said, due to storage space issues, I've only been able to buy up to the Zero formula 😖I have to consume the I - San in time 😆 The San is of particular interest to me!
