Slightly thickened. Strong, dark sweetness, acidity, umami and bitterness.
The nose is also very strong. The final taste is a little dry, but the lingering aftertaste is long and has a strong roughness on the tongue.
It has a strong taste, but also has a good sake-like flavor!
