Sawanoi元禄蔵熟成純米酒 ひやおろし

I visited Sawanoi on my way home from a visit to Ontake.
I bought some sake and tofu at the Magoto Teahouse and decided to have it with yudofu for the first time this season.
I tried the hiya and the warm sake recommended by the sales clerk.
I started with the hiya. It went in quickly and easily. It was delicious and rich!
Next, we warmed it up. The aroma was more vibrant.
We also added buckwheat miso as a side dish. We enjoyed an endless loop of the soba miso with the yuzu pepper on top of the tofu.
