A little sweet with a fruity taste. A little heavy. It doesn't go well with food, so I thought it would be better to enjoy it only with alcohol. It went well with snacks. I chose fried ginkgo nuts and dried clams. This was a perfect match.
I think of it as an after-dinner sake, the sake version of the espresso that finishes off an Italian meal.
It was a spring sake, limited edition sake, priced at just under 1,700 yen.
