The third installment of Iwaki Kotobuki's East Traveler series is now available ‼️.
It's already been about 3 months since the release of the second product?
I can't even compare the two 🤣.
But this yeast, which was only distributed between the Taisho and early Showa periods, is not old-fashioned at all, just like the previous 1 and 2!
The taste is clean and refreshing, yet still has the umami of junmai.
I think I prefer this to Junmai Ginjo for my taste.
Next up is the No. 4 yeast 😊.
I think the yeast up to No. 4 is no longer in circulation.
Will it gradually become closer to the taste of recent sakes?
I'm looking forward to it 🥰.
