Mikotsuru since Miyamanishiki
Less acidity and more sweetness than Miyamanishiki.
There is a bit of bitterness at the end, but overall it is juicy.
It is similar to Shinshu Kamerei, but considering the difficulty of obtaining it, Mikotsuru should become more popular.
