Knowledge
Nama-no-hara-shu is made by bottling sake pressed in the spring in its raw state and then slowly aging it in an ice-cold refrigerator for six months. By enclosing it in the refrigerator, the freshness of the sake is preserved, while at the same time enjoying the matured feeling of nama sake, which is slightly more advanced than when the sake was new.
