もよもよ
I have a vague recollection of the taste of one of the drinks I had at an izakaya, but I recorded some of the things that left an impression on me.
I have had Morishima before, but my impression at the time was that it was a "calm, modern sake," with more acidity and bitterness than flamboyance. However, my impression of this one was that it was more fruity with a touch of glamour. I think it had both fruit and rice flavor.
Even in the same brewery, the taste varies greatly depending on the rice and the brewing process. It is interesting.
