This brewery is a regular. I usually drink Hachisen, but I checked the liquor store's website and bought some. I was worried about whether they still had some, but I live in a rural area and there were still some bottles left. I could imagine what it tasted like, so I didn't hesitate to buy a bottle. I have had Junmai before, but this time it was Aru Soze. The label is classical and has a nice atmosphere. Let's drink it. As is typical of nama-shu, the bottle opened with a sizzle. It does not have a strong green apple aroma like Hachisen, but it does have a slight aroma. It is still sweet, but the spiciness and bitterness come in the middle to the latter half of the bottle. There is also a lingering aftertaste. It has a sweet taste, but it is still very much a sake. It is a sake that makes good use of the arugula. It seems to go well with scallops and sweet prawns with a strong sweet taste. It is also a good cost-performance sake. It is not for everyone's tastes, but I think it is a good value for money at 2,750 yen including tax for a bottle.
