Tenryohai Ichidotsu no Bliss is a premium daiginjo sake produced by Tenryohai Shuzo on Sado Island, Niigata. The sake is made by carefully polishing 40% Koshitanrei sake rice grown on Sado Island, and is characterized by a mellow, elegant aroma like that of pears that rises softly from the moment it is poured into the glass. In the mouth, the clear, crisp taste of the rice spreads through the clear, crisp flavor, and the luxurious taste is truly deserving of the name "a drop of bliss.
I brought a bottle of this precious wine that I received as a gift from a friend, and was thrilled to have it signed by the brewer, Senichi Katoh himself...! ✨
