Kita no Katsuraika Junmai Daiginjo Made from 100% "Kitashizuku," Hokkaido's preferred rice for sake brewing. The raw material rice, Kitashizuku, was polished to 40% and carefully brewed during this year's bitter cold season. This is the first limited edition Junmai Daiginjo to be released in 5 years since "Ichisan0" was released for the 130th anniversary ✨✨✨. Today we procured some expensive hairy crabs 🦀 for our Northern Katsu🍶☺️. This is sake 🍶I love this flavor and taste so much ☺️✨✨✨. Lately, fruity and sweet sake is delicious, but I really like this kind of sake that has a concentrated flavor of rice and leaves a spicy aftertaste in my mouth 😁. Cherry blossoms are finally blooming 🌸🌸🌸 Cherry blossom viewing is scheduled for the 2nd ☺️I'm looking forward to it 🥰.
