The raw material rice, Kitashizuku, was polished to 40% and carefully brewed during this year's bitter cold season.
This is the first limited edition Junmai Daiginjo to be released in 5 years since "Ichisan0" was released for the 130th anniversary ✨✨✨.

Lately, fruity and sweet sake is delicious, but I really like this kind of sake that has a concentrated flavor of rice and leaves a spicy aftertaste in my mouth 😁.
