A comparison of the special junmai and jundaigin Akita Sakekomachi versions of the Tasake!
It's been a while since I've had the tokubetsu junmai, but I don't remember it being this refreshing. I hadn't had it for a while, but it was so refreshing! It's so good!
The Sakekomachi has a fruity aroma, juicy on the palate, and a ginjo aroma that comes out of nowhere.
