On this day, we went to our usual place to finish the year.
Itakura Sake Brewery Festival! I didn't know there was such a sake in Shimane!
As the name suggests, the theme of this sake is "Goshinshu".
However, it didn't have the usual sake taste at all, and tasted beautiful! The aftertaste was also wonderful.
This is one that I want to drink again!
It's perfect for the end of the year.
