ちのThe last of the five instrumental Masamune bottles to drink is Shizenigo from the same brewery! It is very fruity and a relative of the instrumental.
The aroma in the nose is refreshing, with sweetness and sourness coming first and lingering in the aftertaste.
The flavor is rather robust, so it wins over salmon. It was a refreshing match for the chicken tsukune soup. I knew it, but it does not go well with shishamo.
