Sogga pere et filsリアサケナチュレル
小林This is the first Sogapère Ephis I have tasted.
It is a collection of 6 yeasts from No. 1 to No. 6, and I think I should really drink it after drinking each one, but this was the first one I encountered at the liquor store.
It had a reputation for being "weird..." but it was a very smooth, lukewarm, and gentle sipping sake with a rich yeast aroma and plenty of sweetness, acidity, and umami in moderation!
I would like to have it again if I can find it!
