The nose has a sweet aroma of apples, with a hint of sugar, baked apples, and even apple pie.
Cute sweetness spreads on the palate. Flavors include wasanbon, red berries, and apples. The finish is then sharply cut by a sourness. The sweetness is not too thick or too harsh, but clear and delicious!
Suitable for stand-alone. When paired with a meal, it seemed too thin, losing out to the meal. Quite good!
