tomy
Lately, I have been hearing a lot about sake with low milled rice, and wondering why it is not cheaper, I found this at a liquor store near where I was traveling. It is 90% Koshihikari. This junmai is a bit cheaper than other junmai daiginjos. The smooth mouthfeel is impressive. The aroma and taste are like Kangiku. Delicious. Kangiku never fails to deliver. Slightly effervescent. I don't buy sake in summer, but my curiosity got the better of me. However, I think the thick and thick taste is not suitable for summer.
